Economic data for the week of Dec 8th, 2025: 🗓️

This week we have some very important economic reports dropping. Notably, the jobs report and the Federal Reserve’s interest rate decision.

Currently, there’s an 88.4% chance that the FED cuts interest rates by 25 basis points.

What does this mean? 🤔

This means the interest rate on your CDs, high yield savings accounts, and / or money market accounts will drop.

Meaning your money will be making less money. This is why it’s important to invest. 📉

I always say, the FED controls short-term interest rates, not long-term rates.

As a result, expect some volatility in bond yields, which impacts mortgage rates. There’s a high likelihood the market will be in the red most of the week.

But Dividend Collection Agency we welcome volatility. This gives us a chance to build our passive income at a cheaper price. 💰
