MONDAY
NAHB Housing Market Index Expected: 34
Homebuilder confidence remains weak as mortgage rates continue pressuring affordability.
TUESDAY
Pending Home Sales Expected: +0.1%
A small gain would suggest housing transaction activity remains sluggish.
THURSDAY
Housing Starts Expected: 1.410M Prior: 1.502M
Building Permits Expected: 1.380M Prior: 1.363M
Jobless Claims Expected: 210k
Continuing Claims Expected: 1.785M
S&P Manufacturing PMI and Services PMI are both expected to soften modestly.
FRIDAY
Michigan Consumer Sentiment Expected: 48.2
1-Year Inflation Expectations Expected: 4.5%

Housing affordability, consumer confidence, and inflation expectations remain key areas to watch as investors look for signs of whether the economy is slowing or stabilizing.
