As you know by my name, I love dividends. And in addition to sharing on here, I write regularly on the investment platform- Seeking Alpha.

My goal there is to teach everyday investors about building wealth, so they won’t to need to work to traditional retirement age.

I want to help you take control of your life, have F.I.R.E.

Here at Dividend Collection Agency the goal is to give investors and/or readers a different perspective. We take a simple approach to building wealth. And although investing may seem easy, people often miss opportunities by over complicating it.

But we are here to help.

Current Price: $47.22

Dividend: $0.71

Verizon (VZ) has quietly become one of my favorite long-term income opportunities.

I’ve been optimistic ever since Dan Schulman took over as CEO because, in my view, Verizon didn’t need a complete overhaul—it needed stronger execution, more disciplined capital allocation, and leadership willing to make difficult decisions.

While it’s still early in the turnaround, the latest earnings report suggests that strategy is beginning to work. Despite posting an impressive second quarter, the stock barely moved, reinforcing my belief that investors remain focused on the wrong metrics.

At less than 9x forward earnings while offering a dividend yield above 6%, Verizon continues to look attractively valued for patient dividend investors.

The Market Is Focused on the Wrong Numbers 📈
