As you know by my name, I love dividends. And in addition to sharing on here, I write regularly on the investment platform- Seeking Alpha.
My goal there is to teach everyday investors about building wealth, so they won’t to need to work to traditional retirement age.

✅ VICI Properties (VICI)
✅ Build-A-Bear Workshop (BBW)
As I’ve previously mentioned, where you buy stocks is more important than what stocks you buy.
Buying a stock at the right price gives you a margin of safety. Buying an overvalued company can lead to underperformance. 📈
Although stocks can always fall for unforeseen reasons, buying at the right price limits your risk.
Every share I buy increases my income stream. I reinvest all my dividends to continue growing my wealth.
Dividends are also attractive as these can supplement your income in retirement. They also keep you from working until the traditional retirement age.
Consistency + Mindset + Strategy = WEALTH 💰
VICI has a much higher yield at over 6%, while BBW’s is 1.81%. The higher the yield the more it pays.
VICI pays a quarterly dividend of $0.45, raising it for 8 consecutive years now. BBW pays a quarterly dividend of $0.22 and has a short track record, initiating a $0.20 dividend in 2024.
Dividend stocks with lower yields typically see higher growth. That’s why it’s imperative to have a balance between both income & growth stocks.
First dividends pay for:

And ultimately:
